Nowadays anyone with some interest in the PlayStation Move should know who Anton Mikhailov is. Or at least what he looks like. But this is not the first time we have seen the young Sony researcher.
Do you remember where and when we have seen him before?
The answer awaits after the jump.
Hint: The PlayStation Move motion controller is not the only Sony project he has been involved with.
In the following 3 years old video (recorded by Dr. Richard Marks by the way, as you can easily tell by listening to the camera operator voice) you can see Anton Mikhailov sitting at his desk at Sony's R&D department showing off the "Sketch Lander" demo, a cool PlayStation Eye shape recognition tech that one can assume was eventually used in EyePet (the drawing & control thing).
Here is an evolution of the above tech demo called "Full Tanks" (again, camera operator appears to be Dr. Marks).
